Transfer of plate- and pellet type waxes and fat blocks into a melted mass

The working resp. the functional principle of the milling Dispermix is as follows:

• Filling of the vessel with the basic liquid
• Start the DISPERMIX counter-clock wise
• Add the wax or grease plates

Because of the counter-clock wise rotation of the DISPERMIX the wax and fat plates are drawn to the mixing head from below and reduce in size by the extended rotor teeth resp. grinded to smaller particles. After a very short time only small particles of wax or fat pieces are floating in the liquid.

Now the sense of rotation of the machine is switched to clockwise operation which forces the product through the dispersing slots of the stator.

The whole content of the vessel is being circulated and homogenised by the patented Dispermix tool, all still existing wax and fat pieces again will be dispersed and further dissolved

By using a milling Dispermix the melting time can be dramatically reduced by a considerable factor.

The construction of the machine is designed for a “heavy use”. Deformation - as it happens very often with conventional stirrers - does not arise with this principle.

Another advantage of the machine is the fact that the milling Dispermix heady easily can be changed to a Jetstream mixing head or a dispersing head for other processing tasks.
