Product containers with high viscosity liquid products very often have to be emptied manually, whereby the emptying of remnants very often cause a problem.

The manual emptying includes several disadvantages:

• A lot of manual work
• Hygiene (during and after the production)
• Deviation from the receipt because of incomplete emptying

These problems may be solved by using an emptying system developed by ystral (Patent pending) in combination with a ystral Conti-TDS.

• First the vessel is placed upside-down on top of the receiving tank and emptied by gravity.
• Then the vessel is placed over a spray nozzle, fixed and completely emptied and cleaned.
  The rinsing and the induction is all handled by the Conti-TDS itself.
• The liquid in the product tank is being used for cleaning the container and becomes part
  of the production. Filling sensors control the rinsing and induction procedure.
• The emptying system is already in use by several customers.
