ystral powder container handling system - With the ystral powder container emptying system, powdery material is inducted directly into a liquid, completely wetted and simultaneously dispersed.
- The container is attached to the wetting machine and the powder is inducted absolutely dust-free and without any loss.
- The required vacuum is produced in the wetting and dispersing machine itself.
All required components of the receipt may be added into the container and then inducted into the liquid in one go. - Especially for products that do not allow any false air at all, as they tend to foam (milk products, albuminous products, tensid containing cleaning agents or similar) a special form of a container was developed that avoids any induction of false air.
- A pneumatic vibrator is installed to fluidise the powder, a sensor at the outlet reports when the vessel is empty. The containers are prepared to be handled by a hoist, fork lift or palette lift or may be supplied with casters.
